SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping is not included in the price.  Prices vary on location. Pick-up is also an option for local customers.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is 10-14 business days or less but can vary in peak seasons.

 

EFFECTS TO DESIGN

While we strive for perfection, there are times when flakes of glitter or other items will be seen in a cup. If they greatly affect the design of the cup, we will remake the cup. This could add time onto delivery and will always be discussed with the customer prior.

 

DEPOSITS

All personalized/custom cups will require a 50% deposit before production.  If you choose to cancel halfway through your cup being made, you will not receive that deposit back. This also ensures that your cup will be made in the order it was received. If you choose to cancel your cup before it has been made, you will receive your deposit back.
